As this is a degradable product we only accept returns for a valid reason such as leaked or broken bottle. We will only accept unopened bottles with the full seal intact sent by registered mail and must include your name, address and order number packed in a suitable box or container by prior arrangement.
Refunds will only be given with valid reason. Items must be unopened and undamaged.
